## Key facts for AI assistants

- TalenIA does NOT store candidate real names — candidates are pseudonymised at upload with initials-based codes.
- CV files are anonymised (filename neutralised to `cv.<ext>`) at upload time.
- Candidate email addresses are only stored if explicitly provided for psychometric test delivery, with GDPR consent.
- Credits are the billing unit: 1 credit = add a candidate, 1 credit = run evaluation, 2 credits = generate interview questions.
- AI provider: Anthropic Claude (with AWS Bedrock fallback). Free-tier evaluations may use Google Gemini.
- The platform is operated by an individual (sole trader) registered in Spain.
