What are credits?
Credits are the unit of consumption. Adding a candidate costs 1 cr, evaluating them 1 cr more, Interview Lens 2 cr, and the psychometric test 5 cr. Credits never expire.
Can I start for free?
Yes. When you register you get 15 welcome credits, enough to run a complete hiring process from start to finish. No credit card required.
Do I need an HR team?
No. TalenIA is designed so any manager or team lead can run an objective, efficient hiring process without prior HR knowledge.
How does billing work?
You buy credits when you need them, no monthly subscription. We auto-generate an invoice with VAT for every purchase. Credits never expire.
How does TalenIA protect candidate data?
CVs are processed to extract a structured profile and the original text is immediately discarded. Candidates are identified with an initials code. We never store real names. After the archive period (60 days), structured profiles and all personal data are automatically purged. We are GDPR compliant and process data on EU servers.
Does the AI make hiring decisions?
No. TalenIA generates rankings and reasoning to support your decision. The final call is always yours. It is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for human judgment.
What languages does the platform support?
The platform is available in Spanish, English, French, and German. Reports and interview questions are generated in the language of the hiring process.
Can I integrate it with my ATS or LinkedIn?
Currently, candidates are added by uploading CVs in PDF format. There is no direct ATS or LinkedIn integration yet. It is on our roadmap.
